Brampton, how about getting the city to live stream the Tragically Hip farewell tour on August 20th on the big screen in downtown Brampton? Orangeville (yes Orangeville) is having a Hip on Mill Street broadcast live on CBC starting at 6:00 pm. Hamilton is streaming it as well. No word yet on Brampton’s plans. A few other suggestions come to mind that require a bit of advance planning by the city…
- Partner with a local cancer charity that folks can support at the event.
- Get live Brampton Bands to performing prior to the concert.
