Renowned Executive Chef Ranveer Brar from India is expected to open Mayura, his latest Five Star restaurant right here in Brampton on November 10th. This restaurant is his latest project that adds to 20 other restaurants across the globe.
Chef Brar is the host of many Indian television shows and is most known for being a judge on Master Chef India. He recently launched in his first book “Come Into My Kitchen” and explains that “food has to be an experience.” With the launch of his restaurants, he tries “to take into consideration the culture and surroundings of the location.” By doing so he hopes to “holistically create and plate a menu that excites the diners’ senses.”
Located at 200 County Court Blvd in the Hwy 10 and the 407 area, the restaurant will provide “a menu that includes both traditional Indian and fusion fare”. The food will be prepared by local talent as well as five-star chefs direct from India.
Mayura may become Brampton’s new hot spot for late night eats as Chef Brar’s plans are to keep the restaurant open until midnight, and weather permitting, have the outdoor patio open until 2:00am every day of the week.
